Physicochemical Properties

 Colorless crystal. Easily to deliquesce. Relative molecular mass:297.47, Relative density: 2.065, Melting Point:36.4. Lose all crystal water at the temperture ranging from 105 to 131. Dissolve in water and alcohol. Solution assumes weak acidity. Has oxidizability. It burns in contact with combustibles. Deleterious to swallow.

Applications and Usages

 Used in electroplating zinc and phosphating agent for preparation of steel. It is still applied as mordant of printing, acidified catalyst in medical industry, coagulant of latex and catalyst of colophony machining.
